Planet PotteryPaint-it-yourself pottery studio with pottery wheel and clay hand-building classes, mosaics, and after-school art instruction. Large space with ability to have large parties or classes. We have hundreds of paints, glazes, stencils, stamps and other tools to use in the creative process. We also love to go off-site to schools, churches, and even private parties. There are summer camps each week during the summer geared to younger children in the morning and older children in the afternoons. The camps are small and therefore, individualized instruction is preferred over "set projects" that everyone has to do. I believe in letting the children create at their own rate while giving guidance and encouragement to help each child end up with pieces of art that they are proud of. We host boy scouts, girl scouts, etc. and help them complete art/ceramics badges by meeting the requirements set for them. We also will host ladies nights, baby showers, bridal showers, etc. or will be happy to discuss and plan for any event needed. |
